Inductions and Training a) CPR Refresher Course and Pole Top Rescue Training The Company will provide training in accordance with the Electricity Act and Employees will attend any training that the Company requests them to attend. b) The Company will utilise government accredited training, vendor or registered training organisations for the delivery of training. c) The Company will pay Employees for their base rate of pay for the Employee’s ordinary hours of work during attendance at training. d) Where new and existing Employees are required to participate in Company directed training or inductions for periods less than one day, Employees will be paid for their ordinary hours to conduct such inductions and training on each occasion at the applicable wage rate as outlined in Appendix 2.
