Induction Phase Clause Samples
The Induction Phase clause defines the initial period at the start of a project or contract during which key preparatory activities are completed. Typically, this phase involves tasks such as site familiarization, safety briefings, and the establishment of communication protocols between parties. By clearly outlining the expectations and requirements for this early stage, the clause ensures that all parties are adequately prepared before substantive work begins, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or delays later in the project.
