Common use of Individual Terms Clause in Contracts

Individual Terms. 18.1.1 […], the employee will not carry forward any other previously agreed terms with the employer on becoming bound by this Agreement. Any previous terms will cease to apply on the day the employee becomes bound by this Agreement. Subsequent to becoming bound by this Agreement, the employee may negotiate additional terms with the employer provided such terms are not inconsistent with this Agreement.
