Common use of Index Benefit Clause in Contracts

Index Benefit. After the date on which the Employee becomes eligible ------------- to receive payments under the Plan, the Index Benefit for the Employee for any Plan Year shall be determined by subtracting the Opportunity Cost for that Plan Year from the annual earnings (if any) for that Plan year determined by the Index.
