Independent Parties. Each Party to this Agreement shall act as an independent entity in its own name and for its own account, and not as the agent or employee of the other Party. Accordingly, the employees of one Party shall not be considered to be employees of the other Party, and neither Party shall enter into any contract or agreement with a third party which purports to obligate or bind the other Party.
