Independent Assignment Clause Samples

Independent Assignment. No assignment of this Agreement or of commissions or other payments under this Agreement shall be valid without prior written consent of Pacific Life. Any purported assignment in violation of this Paragraph 16.3 is void.

Independent Assignment. Where an independent assignment is worked regularly, the starting time will be during one of the periods provided in paragraphs (c) or (e).
