Common use of Indenture Trustee Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Indenture Trustee Indemnification. The Indenture Trustee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Issuer and the Depositors from and against, any and all claims, losses, liabilities, actions, suits, judgments, demands, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys) of any nature resulting solely from or directly related to a breach of any of the delivery obligations of the Indenture Trustee contained in Sections 6.6(d)(i) and 6.15 of this Agreement.

Indenture Trustee Indemnification. The Indenture Trustee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Issuer and the Depositors Transferors from and against, any and all claims, losses, liabilities, actions, suits, judgments, demands, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys) of any nature resulting solely from or directly related to a breach of any of the delivery obligations of the Indenture Trustee contained in Sections 6.6(d)(i6.16 and 7.04(b)(i) and 6.15 of this Agreementhereof.
