Indenture Supplements for Replacements. In the event of -------------------------------------- a Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine being substituted as contemplated by Section 7(e) or 8(a) of the Lease, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee agree for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Lessee, subject to fulfillment of the conditions precedent and compliance by the Lessee with its obligations set forth in Section 7(e) or 8(a) of the Lease, to execute and deliver an Indenture Supplement with respect thereto as contemplated by Section 5.06(c), and, provided no Indenture Default or Indenture Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, to execute and deliver to the Lessee an appropriate instrument releasing the Airframe or Engine being replaced from the Lien of this Indenture.
