Indemnity - tax. Without prejudice to the general indemnity set out in Clause 11.3, the Owners hereby undertake to keep the Managers, their employees, agents and sub-contractors indemnified and to hold them harmless against all taxes, imposts and duties levied by any government as a result of the trading or other activities of the Owners or the Vessel and that whether or not such taxes, imposts and duties are levied on the Owners or the Managers.
