Indemnity separate. The indemnities in this Clause 18 and Clauses 10 and 11 constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in the relevant Security Documents, and shall give rise to a separate and independent cause of action, shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Trustee and/or any ETP Securityholder, any Secured Creditor or any other party entitled to the benefit of the obligations and duties of the Issuer under the Programme Documents, and shall, subject to Clause 21, continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum pursuant to the Secured Obligation in respect of a Series of ETP Securities or Series or any other judgment or order.
