Common use of Indemnity of Resident Clause in Contracts

Indemnity of Resident. You agree at all times to indemnify and save VIU, and its board of governors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (the “Indemnitees”) harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses, losses, costs, damages, liens, charges, demands, actions, suits and proceedings of whatever nature upon or respect of in any manner arising out of the use or occupation of the VIU Student Residence by you including, without limitation, any breach or non-performance by you of any terms of this Agreement, which at any time or times hereafter shall be suffered by the Indemnitees or may be made, brought or prosecuted against the Indemnitees.
