Indemnity for use of Premises. (a) The Lessee indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Lessor from and against all Claims whatsoever to which the Lessor shall or may be or become liable for or in respect of the Lessee’s occupation operation and use of the Premises or for or in respect of all Claims of whatsoever nature or kind and howsoever arising (and whether to any property or to any person resulting in the destruction or damage of any property or the death or injury of any person) at or upon the Premises or originating on the Premises, although occurring or sustained outside the Premises, except to the extent that any such Claims:
