Indemnity for Lessor's Liens. Trust Company, in its individual capacity, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessee, the Owner Participant and the Owner Trustee from and against any loss, cost, expense or damage which may be suffered by the Lessee, the Owner Participant or the Owner Trustee as a result of the failure of Trust Company to discharge and satisfy any Lessor's Liens attributable to it in its individual capacity, as described in Section 5.03(b) hereof.
