Indemnity for Lessor's Liens. The Owner Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessee, the Indenture Trustee and the Pass Through Trustee from and against any loss, cost, expense or damage which may be suffered by the Lessee, the Indenture Trustee or the Pass Through Trustee as the result of the failure of the Owner Participant to discharge and satisfy any Lessor's Liens attributable to the Owner Participant (or an Affiliate thereof) and required to be discharged as described in Section 7.03(b) hereof.
