Indemnity for Lessor's Liens. SSB, in its individual capacity, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessee, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Participant, the Pass Through Trustee and the Owner Trustee from and against any loss, cost, expense or damage which may be suffered by the Lessee, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Participant, the Pass Through Trustee or the Owner Trustee as a result of the failure of SSB to discharge and satisfy any Lessor's Liens attributable to it in its individual capacity, as described in Section 7.04(b) hereof.
