Common use of Indemnity for Government Securities Clause in Contracts

Indemnity for Government Securities. The Issuer and the Guarantors jointly and severally, pay and shall indemnify the Trustee against any tax, fee or other charge imposed on or assessed against deposited U.K. Government Securities or the principal, premium, if any, interest, if any, and Additional Amounts, if any, received on such U.K. Government Securities. This obligation shall survive the resignation or removal of the Trustee and the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture.
