Common use of INDEMNIFICATION RIGHTS SURVIVE Clause in Contracts

INDEMNIFICATION RIGHTS SURVIVE. No expiration or termination of this Agreement shall terminate the obligation of any party to indemnify the other under Section 9.1 (Indemnification) or limit or impair any party's rights to receive payments due and owing or which accrued hereunder on or before the date of such termination.
