INDEMINTY. You agree to defend and indemnify Nu Skin, including its affiliated companies, its officers, directors, agents and employees, against all costs, expenses and losses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) incurred through any claims of third parties against Nu Skin based on the development or sale of the Materials.
