Incremental Term Commitments. The terms and provisions (including, without limitation, pricing and amortization) for each Incremental Term Loan shall be set forth in the Incremental Agreement with respect to such Incremental Term Loan; provided that in any event, (i) the weighted average life to maturity of any Incremental Term Loan shall be no shorter than the remaining weighted average life to maturity of the then existing Term Loans; (ii) the maturity date of each Incremental Term Loan (the “Incremental Term Loan Maturity Date”) shall not be earlier than the later of the Maturity Date and the latest maturity date for any Incremental Term Loans then outstanding; and
