Increased Severity Fund. The Increased Severity Fund is a subfund within the Settlement Fund. Such Fund defines the maximum aggregate amount that may be paid to Settling Breast Implant Claimants whose Claims are resolved under Disease Payment Option I and who are eligible to receive payment for Increased Severity, as specified at Annex A Section 6.02(d)(viii). The Increased Severity Fund shall not exceed $15 million Net Present Value.
