Common use of Increase of power supply Clause in Contracts

Increase of power supply. Subject to Clause 8.4 (unless all expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Manager under this Clause will be borne by the Owner concerned), the Manager shall exercise its power under Schedule 8, paragraph 7(b) if the Owner of a Shop requires the Manager to increase the supply of electricity to that Shop in order that that Shop may be used for any activity which requires electricity supply over and above the level supplied to that Shop at the time of the request.
