Incoterm a) Unless inconsistent with any provision of the Contract, the meaning of any trade term and the rights and obligations of parties thereunder shall be as prescribed by Incoterms specified in the SCC.
b) The terms EXW and CIP and other similar terms, when used, shall be governed by the rules prescribed in the current edition of Incoterms specified in the SCC and published by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.
Incoterm. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, the Goods are supplied Delivery Duty Paid to the Site according to INCOTERMS 2020 (as amended from time to time) and delivery shall take place when the Goods are delivered to the Site, cleared for import and not unloaded. The Customer shall do everything necessary to take delivery of the Goods at the Site.
