Common use of Incorrect Information Clause in Contracts

Incorrect Information. The Purchaser shall be responsible for and bear the cost of any alteration to Goods and/ or Services supplied by the Vendor arising from any discrepancy, error or omission in any drawing, specification or other information supplied by or approved by the Purchaser.
