Common use of Inconvenient Forum Clause in Contracts

Inconvenient Forum. Each TCN Entity irrevocably waives any objection they may have now or hereafter to the laying of venue of any action or proceeding in any court or jurisdiction referred to in clause 20.2 and any claim they may have now or hereafter that any action or proceeding brought in such courts or jurisdiction has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

Inconvenient Forum.
