Inconsistent Activities. Unless and until this Agreement has been terminated pursuant to Section 12 hereof, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall not, nor shall ▇▇▇▇▇ permit any of its officers, directors, representatives, agents or affiliates to, solicit, encourage, initiate or participate in any negotiations or discussions with respect to any offer or proposal to acquire any significant component of ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ rights relating to the Acquired Assets, Licensed Product or Prototypes, with any party other than PHMD or its designees.
