Incomplete Sites. If work is halted on a particular Site due to ---------------- change of plan or another reason not caused by Contractor, the Company shall pay Contractor the Price on a pro-rata basis under which Contractor shall be paid in full for completed benchmarks and in part for incomplete benchmarks.
Incomplete Sites. TowerCo shall not be obligated to sublease from SBCW or the applicable Sublessor Entity any Site listed on Annex A that has not yet been completed. Once such Site has been completed, it will be considered an Existing Site and may be subleased just like any other Existing Site.
