Incomplete Payment. The Licensee may cover the invoice partially if a Participating Institution did not provide its financial contribution in time. In the event of such incomplete payment, the Licensee will notify the Distributor in writing of the intended difference no less than ten (10) days prior to the due date. If all amounts due in accordance with clause 6.3 (“Repayment on Termination Date”) are not paid or repaid in full on the Payment Date immediately following the Redraw Facility Termination Date, the Trustee will repay so much of such amounts on succeeding Payment Dates as is available for that purpose in accordance with the Master Trust Deed and the Supplemental Deed until all such amounts are paid or repaid in full.
