Incompatibility. where it becomes apparent that the Client's business is incompatible with the Forma Basic Service due to, by way of non-exhaustive examples, the: 1. abnormal size of the company; 2. number of transactions per month; 3. operation of non-pound sterling bank accounts; 4. inclusion of non-ordinary shares in the company's capital; 5. existence of stock and/or work-in-progress assets; 6. engagement in factoring transactions; and 7. existence of investments in subsidiaries and/or other affiliated companies.
