Incompatibility. ZucoraHome is not responsible for upgrades, components, parts, or equipment required due to the incompatibility of the existing equipment with a replacement Covered Item, or component, or part thereof, or with any new type of chemical or material used to run the replacement equipment; including but not limited to, differences in technology, refrigerant requirements, or efficiency as mandated by Federal, Provincial, or Municipal Governments (except as noted in Central Air Conditioning).
