In this Agreement, except where the context otherwise requires: 1.9.1 the words and phrases "includes", "including", "in particular" (or any terms of similar effect) shall not be construed as implying any limitation; and 1.9.2 general words shall not be given a restrictive meaning because they are preceded or followed by particular examples.
