Common use of Incidental Work Clause in Contracts

Incidental Work. It is expressly understood and agreed that Consultant shall perform all incidental work required to complete the Services as described by Task Orders, including work for which no specific proposal item(s) was/were included, and/or including work which is required to furnish final, finished and detailed Work consistent with and fulfilling the intent of the Contract Documents. All such incidental work shall not be considered extra work for which additional compensation can be claimed by Consultant.
