Incident and Injury Process. Please ensure that any minor cuts, grazes, scratches are cleaned by the 1st Aid Officer at the time the child notifies a staff member with some form of antiseptic as well as a band aid. All incidents, including any considered minor, are to be recorded in the SCA – Incident/Injury Report form (See Forms at the back of these Guidelines) Please take ice pack with you to camp each day for bigger bumps (record details). Even for minor issues please inform the parent / guardian when they come to sign their child out. For example, “your son was scratched by a stick so the 1st Aid Officer cleaned the scratch with antiseptic then applied a band aid.”

  • INTERRUPTION OR REDUCTION OF DELIVERIES The Electric Utility shall not be obligated to accept and may require Customer to interrupt or reduce deliveries when necessary in order to construct, install, repair, replace, remove, investigate, or inspect any of its equipment or part of its system; or if it reasonably determines that curtailment, interruption, or reduction is necessary because of emergencies, forced outages, force majeure, or compliance with prudent electrical practices. Whenever possible, the Utility shall give the Customer reasonable notice of the possibility that interruption or reduction of deliveries may be required. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if at any time the Utility reasonably determines that either the facility may endanger the Electric Utility's personnel or other persons or property, or the continued operation of the Customer's facility may endanger the integrity or safety of the Utility's electric system, the Electric Utility shall have the right to disconnect and lock out the Customer's facility from the Electric Utility's electric system. The Customer's facility shall remain disconnected until such time as the Electric Utility is reasonably satisfied that the conditions referenced in this Section have been corrected.

  • Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall be granted for illness or injury incurred within the course and scope of an employee's assigned duties. The employee who has sustained a job-related injury shall report the injury on an Office approved accident form to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee shall report any illness, in writing, to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of knowledge that the illness is an alleged industrial illness. Requirements for such leave shall be:

  • Notifications of Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-­‐four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department.
