Inactive Fee Clause Samples

Inactive Fee. During the period of inactive status payment of the monthly Installment(s) will be suspended and Client shall not be entitled to use any Club Facilities. Client shall pay a $20.00 fee for each month or partial month during which inactive status continues. If inactive status is elected, the Term will be extended for the period of inactive status. Upon reactivation of this Agreement, monthly Installments will be reinstated at the applicable rate set forth on the first page of this Agreement.
