Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, SCHIO shall have no responsibility for or liability related to the accuracy, content, currency, completeness, access to or delivery of any H&SSI, that is not caused by SCHIO or SCHIO Personnel and is beyond SCHIO’s reasonable control.
