Inability to Establish Lien. Tenant shall have no power or right to do any act or to make any contract which may create any voluntary lien, mortgage or other encumbrance upon the Demised Premises, the estate of Tenant or of any interest of Tenant in the Demised Premises, the estate of Tenant or of any interest of Tenant in the Demised Premises or upon the reversion or other estate of Landlord or of any interest of Landlord in the Demised Premises or fixtures, machinery, buildings and other improvements therein contained.
