In Lieu of Actual Damages. Each Party agrees that the QC Liquidated Damages will be lieu of actual, direct, indirect, consequential, special or other damages for, respectively, a Publisher Default Termination and the collection of such QC Liquidated Damages is the sole remedy of QC in the event of a Publisher Default Termination except as expressly provided in this Agreement (e.g., pursuant to Section 6.2).
