Common use of Improvements to Security Clause in Contracts

Improvements to Security. 7.1. The Parties acknowledge that security requirements are constantly changing and that effective security, guaranteeing ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services, requires frequent evaluation and regular improvements of outdated security measures. The Processor will therefore evaluate the measures as implemented in accordance with article 6 (security) on an ongoing basis and will tighten, supplement and improve these measures in order to maintain compliance with the requirements set out in article 6 (security).

The Data Processor will therefore evaluate the measures as implemented in accordance with article 6 (security) clause 11.4 on an ongoing on-going basis and will tighten, supplement and improve these measures in order to maintain compliance with the requirements set out in article 6 (security)clause 11.4.
