Improper Instructions. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, neither the Custodian nor the Collateral Administrator shall be obligated to take any action (or forebear from taking any action), which it reasonably determines to be contrary to the terms of this Agreement or Applicable Law. In no instance shall the Custodian or the Collateral Administrator be obligated to provide services on any day that is not a Business Day.
