Impositions and Insurance Reserve. Trustor shall make monthly deposits into the Impositions and Insurance Reserve of amounts sufficient to pay Impositions and Insurance Premiums (if and to the extent Insurance Premiums are required to be escrowed under the Loan Agreement) in accordance with the terms of Section 6.3 of the Loan Agreement and the Cash Management Agreement.
