IMPORTANT – WATER CROSSING & CHARGES. Do not drive across flooded roadways. Any damage caused as a result of driving or immersing the Vehicle in water renders the Hirer liable in accordance with clause 28 of this Agreement and will void any liability reduction options under clause 27.
