Common use of Important Persons Clause in Contracts

Important Persons. Individuals identified by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD 24 placed in a group home, age ten (10) years or older, as defined in WIC Section 25 366.3(e)(2), that are important to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Youth/NMD consistent with 26 his/her best interest.
