Common use of Import Clause in Contracts

Import. Each of the Parties shall provide, in accordance with the relevant domestic laws in force in their countries, temporary admission of cinematographic and technical equipment for the making of co-production audiovisual works, free of import duties and taxes, subject to provision of security, until the equipment is exported.
