Import. (a) All goods, unless specifically exempted by MACOM in writing in its sole discretion, shall be marked in a conspicuous place as legibly, indelibly, and permanently as the nature of the article (or container) will permit, with their respective country of manufacture. Seller agrees to comply with all laws and regulations governing the importation of goods into the customs territory of the United States and any other country of importation. (b) All drawback of duties and rights thereto related to duties paid by Seller or MACOM upon importation of the goods or services into any customs territory if they are subsequently exported from that country shall accrue to the exclusive benefit of MACOM. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide MACOM with all documents, records and other supporting information necessary to obtain any such duty drawback, and agrees to reasonably cooperate with MACOM to obtain such payment.
