Import Documentation. In the event that any governmental authority within the Territories requires Licensor or Licensee to obtain any import license, permit or other documentary authorization in order for Licensor to be able to ship Trillennium Products and/or Trillennium’s Systems into such jurisdiction, Licensor’s shipment thereof shall be conditioned upon its receipt of evidence satisfactory to Licensor of compliance by Licensee or Licensee’s End User with such requirements.
