Common use of Implied Services Clause in Contracts

Implied Services. ‌ If any Functions, other than those expressly retained by VITA or any other Customer (or assigned to another Integrated Supplier) under this Agreement, are reasonably required for, or are incidental to or inherent in, the proper performance and provision of the Services (regardless of whether they are specifically described in this Agreement), they will be deemed to be implied by and included within the scope of the Services to be provided by the Supplier to the same extent and in the same manner as if specifically described in this Agreement.
