Implied provisions. 26.1 The covenants and provisions implied in Leases by the Property Law ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Land Transfer Act 2017 will apply to this Lease except to the extent they are inconsistent with the terms of this Lease. 26.2 The Tenant will not call for this Lease to be registered, or lodge a caveat against the title to the Land.
