Implied provisions. For the purposes of section 14 of the Property Law Act 2007, the Acceding Party acknowledges that this deed is, and for all purposes and at all times shall be construed as being, supplemental to the Notes Subscription Agreement.
Implied provisions. 26.1 The covenants and provisions implied in Leases by the Property Law Xxx 0000 and the Land Transfer Act 2017 will apply to this Lease except to the extent they are inconsistent with the terms of this Lease.

Should there be any discrepancy between any provision of this Agreement and the Client Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
