Implementing Agencies. (1) Each Party shall designate an authorized agency to implement its obligations under this Treaty. (a) The United States Government hereby designates the Department of State as its authorized agency. (b) The Government of Australia hereby designates the Department of Defence as its authorized agency. (2) A Party may change the designation of its authorized agency by written notice to the other Party through diplomatic channels.
