Common use of Implementation Timetable Clause in Contracts

Implementation Timetable. The Contractor undertakes to perform the Service within the terms expressly indicated in the OTS (Annex 1). For the sole purposes of the provisions of Art. 44.1 letter a) of the “Condizioni Generali ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ per gli appalti di forniture delle Società del Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane” referred to in Art. 26 (the “C.G.C.”), overheads are quantified in a measure of 3 % (three percent) of the amount of this Contract, pursuant to Art. 8 below.
