Implementation Standards. 2.10.1. 1Timeline 1. Contractor will install and go live with the ICS as a separate project from the installation and go live of the ITSP. County will set the prioritization of installation locations for the ICS and ITSP. 2. Timeline estimates will be determined and distributed to the County once finalized. The project timeline may be required to be modified if these assumptions are not met. a. Each two-man team will be escorted by a County staff member who has access to all areas the two-man team needs access to enable the two-man team to conduct the work planned for that day. b. Each work day is assumed to allow for at least six (6) hours of project work and no more than two (2) hours of non-project work such as check in and check out procedures, work stoppage due to lock down, or any other non-project activity the technicians must engage in at the County’s direction.
